Refund/Exchange Policy Our products are subject to a 30 day return policy from the original date of shipping. If you would like a refund on your purchase, please contact support@revolutionvapor.com with your order number. You will be issued an RMA number that will allow us to process the refund. Disposable products including cartridges and e-liquid are non-refundable. 


Warranty Revolution Vapor provides a 90 day warranty on all products with the exclusion of disposable items including cartridges and e-liquid. This warranty protects your purchase from damage that results only from the fault of Revolution Vapor or its suppliers. Improper use or failure to abide by the information found in your User's Manual will void this warranty. To submit a warranty claim, contact support@revolutionvapor.com with your order number and a description of your issue. We will contact you within 24 hours to complete the exchange.
