Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and we strive to ship your orders out as quickly as possible. Orders received Monday-Friday by 2:00 PM EST are guaranteed to ship same day! (Excepting holidays and severe weather) Depending on the time of day and order volume, your order may still ship same day even after 2:00 PM EST.
Free shipping is available on orders over $50.00. This offer does not require a code; simply select the free shipping option during checkout. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be mailed via USPS First Class Mail. Priority Mail service is available for an extra charge based on weight. Please note that free shipping is not available for customers outside of the United States.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email notification that the order has been processed and submitted for production. When your order has shipped, you will receive two emails; one with a confirmation of shipment, and the other with tracking information for your order. Please allow at least 5 business days for your order to arrive if you select 'free shipping' or 'standard shipping'. Orders shipped by Priority Mail inside of the continental US should arrive within 3 business days of shipment. Fortunately, the US Postal Service does deliver packages on Saturdays, so keep an eye out on the weekends!
International shipping is available to most customers worldwide. Shipping rates are based on weight, size and destination. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email notification that the order has been processed and submitted for production. When your order has shipped, you will receive two emails; one with a confirmation of shipment, and the other with tracking information for your order. Please allow at least 10 business days for your order to arrive.
Revolution Vapor will not be responsible for packages after they have been properly shipped and handed over to the US Postal Service. Correct shipping information is the sole responsibility of the customer, and Revolution Vapor will not be responsible for shipping problems caused by incorrect information provided by a customer.
Please ensure that your address is clearly marked on your mailbox to facilitate delivery. If your package does not arrive in the estimated timeframe (5 business days for First Class Mail and 3 business days for Priority Mail) please check the tracking number provided by email. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact your local post office or the national line for USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS. Often times your local post office will have better information to help you track down your package.
